Palfinger NZ to Sponsor truck-mounted Crane Competition at the TMC Trailers Trucking Industry Show, being held at the Canterbury Agriculture Park in Christchurch 11/12 March 2022.
Palfinger has established itself as world market and technology leader in truck-mounted cranes and what better place to showcase them than at New Zealand biggest Trucking Industry Show. A competition of this scale has not been done in New Zealand before. A world-class course will be set up so that competitors can showcase their skills and measure their abilities against those of their peers.
Competitors will each have a chance to take out the “Palfinger NZ Truck-Mounted Crane Champion 2022 Shield” The course will be set up with grandstands so the public and supporters will be able to follow the day’s activities. The awards presentation will take place later that evening on the Teletrac Navman lawn during the Industry Awards Ceremony.
Registrations open on Thursday 5th August and it will be first in first served. Note* Only experienced current operators working in the industry now can compete. Once you have registered you will receive show and competition updates and will be allocated a time to compete on Saturday 12th March.
On the Friday, during the Careers Trucking Showcase, students will be able to see demonstrations that will hopefully inspire them to enquire about career opportunities.
