Diesel HQ was founded in February 2022 by director Chris Lakin as a specialised heavy diesel service provider. What began as a one person operation with a ute and a toolbox quickly grew into a fully equipped workshop at East Tamaki, Auckland.

The business has since expanded to include technicians positioned across northwest, east, and south Auckland, providing comprehensive mobile and workshop support for heavy machinery and equipment.

The Diesel HQ team brings together a collective 36 years of diesel and machinery experience, supported by training and mentoring through OEMs to ensure technicians are familiar with modern diagnostic methods.
